Maybe give us a bit more information? 

 

  • If this a replacement sim
  • Are you upgraded and this is the replacement sim
  • Are you transferring from another network? 
  • If transferring when did you move over? 
  • Can you try your old sim? 
  • What phone do you have and was it from EE
  • Are you pay monthly or PAYG?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

My phone is a galaxy s6 from 02 ive unlached the phone put my ee sim which is monthly and i cant get signal and the phone wont let me register on ee network

Are you able to try the SIM on another phone to see if this works?

 

Also how long ago did you get the SIM card?

It says no service in the top left hand corner it's a new si m only contract do I need to register it
