My sim is locked due to wrong pin. (Mistook cor another sim). No EE account.

Hi. Got a major problem here. My EE sim card has been locked out. I stupidly mistook it for my other sim card. I have no EE account online. Can anyone help me please?

You need a PUK - PIN UNLICK KEY. It would have come with you SIM but it won't be printed on the SIM. Did you keep it?

If you didn't keep your PUK then you can phone your network provider - be that EE or whichever it is. You will have to prove your identity to them of course.

Hi @geraldjr89

Welcome to the community, sorry to hear about your SIM.

Is it asking for your PUK code?

If so, you can get the code through your My EE account. Just go to Menu > Manage Device > Device tools > Unblock SIM.

Let me know how you get on.

@Christopher_G: Isn't it a bit late for that now? OP doesn't have a MyEE & so will need to register a MyEE 1st. However the MyEE won't be able to get the PUK until it's made a connection with the SIM which it can't do as it's locked.
