My sim is locked? Why? How do I get a puk code?

My pay as you go SIM card has been locked? Why? How can I get a puk code? I cannot call 150 as it’s locked

You'll find your PUK in your MyEE under Manage Device.

@SarahLaino73   It’s been locked because the wrong sim pin has been entered incorrectly 3 times.

Did you find your PUK code in your My EE account?

 

It's under Menu > Manage Device > Device Tools > Unblock SIM (PUK Code).
