My sim has still not activated from when I put it in yesterday ?

I was just wondering why my sim still hasn't activated when I put it yesterday?

Thanks for joining the EE community 🙂

 

I would advise that it can take up to 24 hours for the SIM to activate, if not sooner.

 

Have you made sure the SIM in inserted correctly?

 

Have you turned the phone off and on again?
