My sim card is not working and my number is xxxxxxxxxxx

Please can you help me with my sim card it says it's a ee flex SIM that does not work I have been using my phone but I needed a new simcard so I just purchased one and it seems it's not working it says my number is xxxxxxxxxx so please can any of you contact me when I'm finished

@Ethan789   The sim needs to activate and you need to set up a DD payment.  You shouldn’t post your number on a public forum,  if you need to speak with EE customer you need to call them.

Welcome to the community. 

 

The SIM card can take up to 24 hours to fully activate. Did you follow the instructions that came with the SIM card?
