Hello @Kirsty1997 ,
Have you reported this to EE, as they can block the SIM card and then send you a new one out, so that you can keep the same number. I would suggest you do this asap, there should be someone around for such thing as losing or having phone and/or SIM card stolen or lost needs to be reported asap.

Did you manage to get in touch with our customer care team last night to block you lost SIM card and order a new one?
