Good afternoon I’ve lost my contract sim while repairing my phone

Thanks for coming to the community.

 

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Mobile Care team to let them know that you've lost your SIM card.

 

You can either call from another phone or use our live chat team.

 

They will be able to advise you the best way to get a new SIM 🙂
