Hi, I lost my sim while aboard. Called 5 times at different times to ee to be told the office is close. Impossible to get in touch with anyone via any method. No live chat, no email to contact.
Please advice as anyone pick ups my sim will just use it. I need to deactivate my sim now.

Our standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekdays and 8am to 8pm on weekends. They're open now.
If you log into your My EE account and browse the help pages, you'll get a pop up when a chat adviser is available.
