Lost sim card abroad, need to deactivate simcard and order a replacement.

Hi, I lost my sim while aboard. Called 5 times at different times to ee to be told the office is close. Impossible to get in touch with anyone via any method. No live chat, no email to contact.

Please advice as anyone pick ups my sim will just use it. I need to deactivate my sim now.

Kindly contact back asap.

Thanks.

@ok9

Hello

there is no account access on these forums unfortunately.  EE are open from 8am til late, are you several hours time difference where you are?  I’d try to contact EE again between the hours they are open to get this sorted. Xxx
