Hi @Trace5

 

Please get in touch with our Mobile Care team as soon as possible to report the phone as lost. We'll block the SIM so it can't be used.

 

  1. call 150 from an EE phone

  2. call 07953 966 250 from any other phone (at standard rates)

  3. call +44 7953 966 250 from abroad (at international call rates)
