Lost Sim

I've been a fool and I've lost my +44 7********* EE phone in Israel yesterday.

It's a PAYG sim and I need to get a replacement Sim with the same number. I still have credit plus I'm on a great vip everything pack which I don't want to lose.

Could you put me in touch with someone at EE that helped me out last time or just pass on the relevant details so someone can call be back about my problem this afternoon or tomorrow

Obviously my EE phone is lost but I do have another EE number I can be called back on which is +44 7*********.

I'm currently In the EU so if someone could call me back would be great as I'm worried about not getting this number back.

Many thanks

Re: Lost Sim

@OLEDMAN : You need to phone EE urgently on your other phone to report the loss & so they can block the SIM.

Order a replacement SIM with same no., credit & pack online at https://explore.ee.co.uk/Order-a-new-SIM for £1.50.

Re: Lost Sim

When I call 150 from a spare phone I get the automated top-up line and no options to speak to someone else.

Any other +44 number I can call?
