New o EE,I got a new pay as you go sim with 15gbp data pack. My number is activated , but the data pack is not activated.
And no one at customer care can clarify it. all they tell it move to a contract and i do not want to.
I even got it top up after one of them told me to do so to get it activated. and still no issues.
Its so frustrating
