I’ve lost my pay as you go sim. How do I get a replacement with the same number?

Via your online account or ring them or go to store.

Take phone into an EE shop & they'll transfer number & credit if applicable to a replacement SIM of correct size for free or phone EE for 1 for £1.50. Take photo ID with you to shop.
