I'm not getting sent the replacement SIM cards I'm ordering

I've ordered a replacement SIM card twice now and neither have been delivered.  EE just send me an order confirmation email with no order number, delivery date or option to track my order. I can't call EE because I don't have a SIM card. What can I do?

@stanleyselden   Replacement sims are sent out via Royal Mail and 2nd class so there is no tracking information.  You can get a replacement sim from an EE store.  And just to ask you did check to make sure EE are sending it to the correct address?

@Chris_B thanks for your reply. I have definitely ordered them to the correct address. So can I just go to an EE store, give them my details and buy a replacement SIM there in the same day?

@Chris_B  or are all the replacement SIM cards in-store blank and I activate it myself?

@stanleyselden  If you go into an EE Store with Photo ID, they'll do the SIM replacement for you there, for free.
