I have recently got an EE sim card for my son. Trying to link it to my account.

I got a phone for my son with EE sim card. Trying to link it to my account. Have finally, after weeks of not getting onto the right page on the website, managed to get his number on - but mine has disappeared. I phoned EE two weeks ago and they said it had been done but now I can only see my son's phone details. Deeply frustrated. can anyone help

It may be worth contacting the customer support team again to look into this further.

 

They have access to your account and will do their best to put it right.
