I have just upgraded to galaxy 8 and have Note 4 ...why no sim card

Why no sim card included when i upgraged from note 4 to s 8...pain that I now need to do more

Hi, 

 

Did you ask for one as if not they wouldn't send one out. You can get one free straight away in store or order from CS but in the interim your current sim may be deactivated.

Surely EE who sold me the original sim and Note 4 on contract know they need to upgrade to nano sim and I shouldn't need to be able to predict the future of needing a nano sim when I upgrade...now need
