I have activated my new sim but it has cut my other phone off what should I do?

Is that was replacement or upgrade sim?

You can only use your replacement in one phone as you said you activate your new sim then your other sim will be disconnect automatically.

Hi no it is for a different contract I have 2 and they have disconnected my other phone

Then you need to get in touch with customer service,

You can do this calling customer service on 150 from ee or any other provider to 07953 966 250 where you can ask your line status.
