I had 6GB data. Dont think i would have used up the limit. Didnt get the notification that i have used up the data limited. And i cannot connect to the network to check on status either

Hi, 

 

  • Make sure data is active on your phone 
  •  Can you try another sim in your phone to ensure the phone working
  • Can you log into your online account to establish who much, or if you have any data?
  • Did you get your phone from EE? Is it the dual sim version?

Yes the mobile data is on. It cannot detect the sim card. I was using it well for the past 3 days. All of a sudden, it just disappeared. 

 

Yes i tried to put another sim card in and the phone is working

 

Yes i Have 6gb data and have not even utilized 1gb. See attached

 

Phone is not from EE. I am using my own from Singapore. Yes dual sim. But one of the sim slot is empty. Only the EE sim is inserted.  Screenshot_20171105-174726.png

Do you have data roaming turned on?

 

Have you tried the other SIM slot?

 

Have you tried selecting a different network manually?

Yes, data roaming on.

 

Yes, tried on other sim card slot. Worked for 5mins then undetectable again. 

 

Yes, tried connecting to other network. Says selected network not available.

Could it be an issue with the roaming network you are using? When it connected successfully, did you have a strong signal?
