Calls aren’t being allowed. It’s in UK, pay monthly

Calls aren’t being allowed from this number.

@Ismj61 I would contact technical support on 0800 956 3146 from a landline from 8AM.

Thanks. Doesn’t help with an impatient 18 yr old when I can’t use a phone between 8:00 and 16:00 though

@Ismj61 your best bet is ring that freephone number I give you from a landline that will allow the advisor to run through all options available to themselves while your on the phone.
