Whilst trying to register an E-Sim, the phone has messed up and will no longer recognise the physical sim (main line). I can no longer use phone apart from accessing internet. I can’t make WiFi calls.
i need an urgent replacement sim.
How do I go about this.

Log into your EE account and use live chat.
