If you were an EE customer and your old SIM fits your device and works then use that SIM.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

i put my old sim card in my new update phone and its not working for phone calls. saying insert sim card. can you help? thanks

Did you do an upgrade with us?

 

If yes, have you received a replacement SIM?

 

Is the SIM size the same SIM as your old phone?

i had an update and got the phone yesterday but didnt get a new card so i thought the old card would work but it doesnt

yes i did. i upgraded and got phone yesterday. but it doesnt work with my old sim card. and it didnt get a new sim card. i am unable to call as it not recognicsing card

If you place your old SIM back into the old device does your SIM get service?

i am unable to get the old simcard in the old phone again. so tiny it wont stick on it

Was this the SIM you previously used in your old phone? if yes, this should go back in unless the SIM has been cut.
