Hi my son and I share a contract. I ordered him a replacement sim for his damaged one. In the process of activating his he entered my number for the activation code and deactivated my number/sim. I can’t get through to anyone as offices are shut. Any way I can reactivate my sim? What is the process?

unfortunately here on the community there isnt any account access.
It won't be possible to reactivate your sim if you use his replacement sim and request your son another sim if you call freephone 0800 956 3146 from 8AM a tech advisor will be able to request another sim.

I thought that would be the case, I was hoping there would be an online solution as lines are shut. The only way I’m functioning at the minute is sharing his hotspot. Can they reactivate my sim or will they have to send me a new one?
