Got a new Samsung for Xmas, put the sim in Xmas day and it said sim not provisioned, checked online and it said can take up to 24 hours, however it is still saying the same almost a week later, is there anything I need to do to get it working?

@Gps as it's a pay as you go sim it should already be active when you insert the sim I would give customer services a call on 0800 956 6000 opt 2 opt 4 from a landline.
