Flex Plan Top Up problem

There seems to be in issue in the payment system. I picked a plan, went to the payment page and filled up the payment info. But when I clicked 'next' is shows 'sorry, there's a problem'. Been trying for the past hour with no luck. Even tried their phone top up, but it hangs (no more voice or instruction) after asking me to input my sim's phone number.

Could you try doing this again and letting us know if it works?


If not, I'd recommend contacting our Mobile Care team so they can complete a top-up manually.
