Store moved number over to esim but still not working and have no service on physical sim. How long will it take to activate

@Dynamicsdj Have you tried restarting the device it shouldn’t take long to charge over.

Yeah a number of times but still nothing been like it now since 11 am, spoke to EE customer services just before 6 but said need to leave for 24 hours, should it really take this king to transfer and being left with no service

Thanks for your response, Yes unfortunately I still have no service on my phone and in a good signal area, My work phone is running on EE with no signal issues in same location.

After over 2 hours of no service I have spoken to technical support team who have said the EE store must have set up the e sim incorrectly and there is nothing they can do remotely. The have posted a new e sim pack out but advised this could take up to 5 working days to receive. Leaving me with no signal now until it turns up if it works correctly the next time
