My new phone on SimSwap is not connecting to the mobile network, and neither is my old one so I can't ring 150. What do I need to do.

Please try the troubleshooting steps below:-
Try re-booting your device
Turn the device off then on or turn Airplane mode off then on.
Perform a manual network search:-
