EE monthly plan sim

Hi, I received my new monthly Plan EE sim last week and it has still not activated when I have put it into my phone. Could someone help me with this situation ?

Thanks for coming to the community. 


Was this an upgrade? if yes, you should be able to continue using your old SIM. You can ensure your plan has changed by logging in to your My EE. 


If not, you can activate your EE SIM here
