EE Pay as You Go Pack top up has not been added to SIM

Hi,

I purchased an EE Pay as You Go SIM online with a £15 top up/pack. The top up has not been added to the SIM since I inserted it into my old EE iphone 5s 3 days ago. Chat aren't able to help and I can't get through to EE on the phone. Any ideas?

Re: EE Pay as You Go Pack top up has not been added to SIM

Hi James,

Yes I paid for a £15 pack when I placed the order online. When I texted BALANCE to 150 I got £0.00 balance in response.

The issue has since been resolved as I got through to customer services on the phone. The guy knew what the problem was straight away- an issue with Pay as You Go SIM cards bought with packs online not automatically activating. He activated it for me.

Thanks for the reply to my question.

Re: EE Pay as You Go Pack top up has not been added to SIM

Hi @EK3,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

Did you pay for the top up when you placed your order?

What response do you get if you text BALANCE to 150?

Thanks

James
