Delivery

I took out a SIM only contract as an additional line. I am anxious to receive the SIM as I have a new phone that I can't use. 

 

I have two questions. Firstly, how long does it usually take for the SIM to be delivered? the second line is already showing in MyEE with a number etc.

 

Secondly, the SIM is being delivered by Royal Mail, is there any way I can track it?

The SIM can take up to 5 days to arrive and there is no tracking option.

 

If it has been over 5 days, please let us know. We may need to order another one.

Thanks for that.

 

In my eagerness to get the SIM into the new phone I got it into my head that it was next day delivery.

 

I ordered on 02 July so if I'm lucky it will arrive today. It appeared on MyEE within a few hours.
