Deleting the contract

Good Morning,

My contract was supposed to get cancelled a couple of days ago, but it is still working. How can I make sure that the process will work?

Thanks in advance

Re: Deleting the contract

@Elena_   Did you give notice to end the contract on the day you expected it to end ?

Re: Deleting the contract

Hi @Elena_

Welcome to the community.

Did you give your 30 days notice of cancellation?

If so, how did you ask for it to cancel?:-

  • Asked to change your number to another network (PAC code)?

  • Asked for the number to change to pay as you go.

  • Standard cancellation (not looking to keep the number.

Look forward to hearing from you. 🙂

Re: Deleting the contract

Contracts don't get cancelled by themselves if that was what you were supposing. All that happens is that the min. term expires but the contract rolls on on a monthly basis.
