Changing my physical sim card to esim.

Hello everyone,

I wanna change my line to esim card. I couldn’t find a way to get the barcode online so I went to an EE store, but I have been told that esim cards are only issued to customers with contracts (customers with by as you go cannot have esim cards).

I am so disappointed because of that as I cannot use my EE card in my phone anymore.

Could you please tell if there is anyway to have esim card without a contract??

Hi @Wanas

Unfortunately that's correct, you can only get an eSIM if you are on a contract, and not payg.

None at all! You must have an EE contract to be issued with an eSIM. No PAYG or Flex!
