I am a new customer with a new pay-as-you-go sim. I have registered online & have verified my email address.
When I login & try to add my device, I get prompted with a generic error message basically saying please try again later.
Error message below.
Sorry, we were unable to complete your request right now. Please try again later.
Any idea how I can fix this?
