I have a Cp3648AT it's a pad. I tried to sim lock it but did not know the default pin. I tried 3 times and it put a lock on my sim card. Now I need a PUK and don't like the hassle with assurance wireless this website was the first answer to the problem on Google. Can you help me?

You'll find the PUK, to unblock your SIM after too many incorrect PIN attempts, in your online MyEE under Account Settings / Unlock your SIM.
