Dear EE, I can tether to my phone with its EE PAYG SIM (with data pack added) but cannot connect to internet. Phone works fine with other SIMs. Reset the EE APN with those from the EE website and it worked for 2 days, then shut off again. Not sure what do now, went to EE store but they told me to go away 😞

@richduckworth Providing there is data there is no reason that it’s not working. Have you tried restarting both devices?

Yes, I've tried a number of devices and they work fine with another SIM, just not with the EE SIM. Password required and entered, so it's not that.
