Hello today I received my new iPhone XR how do I activate my sim?

Welcome to the EE Community,

 

If you have upgraded if your old sim fits your new iPhone you can continue to use your current sim.

 

If not customer services will be happy to register it for you.

Received new sim, trying to activate online but old phone not accepting text messages with the activating code

If you are unable to receive the text message to activate the SIM card you would need to get in touch with our Mobile Care team, they can get this up and running for you 🙂
