SIM Error, No Calls

i am having the same problem but how am i meant to ring ee customer services when it says no sim so therefore i cannot call?

You can contact EE-CS on 07953 966150 from any working phone - it need not be an EE one, or a mobile.

Perhaps you could borrow a friend or relative's phone if necessary.

@slb7  You can also go to any EE store and request a replacement sim.  You’ll need in date photo ID with you
