Since I didn’t renew the contract, how to retrieve a PAC to port my number. I called EE customer service and they say they could not provide PAC since my number is no longer active.
how could I deactivate my number in short time in order to get PAC?
On EE website it said that previous provider may allow you to reconnect for a short time in order to provide you with your PAC details but this would be at their discretion.

If you cancelled your contract you no longer have a no. to reactivate.

I've checked our process, and although we may be able to reactivate your line if it was disconnected within 90 days, we'd not be able to re-activate it to generate a PAC.
Although it may be a practice of another provider to reconnect a contract to generate a PAC, it's not possible here at EE.
