I'm in Copehagen and can't call or use 4G. The Telia (local company) signs appears on the scream but it doesn't call or navigate. What can I do, please?

You failed to activate roaming before leaving the UK.
Log into your on line account and then Menu - Manage Device - make sure you have activated roaming and international calls.
From the MyEE app Current Usage - Controls - activate use phone abroad and make international and premium calls

Thank you Northener, but I can't find abroad option on current usage from my ee app.
Is there another solution, please? Dialing 150 doesn't work as well.
Any solution, please? Or do I really have to buy a local sim for the next weeks here?
I couldn't find how to activate roaming and international calls at manage device.

As I've said above:
Log into your EE app, - menu (the three lines) - Current usage – controls
Or log into your online account.

Yes I've read your instructions, but there is no option to activate roaming. Texting roaming to 150 doesn't work. No way to use Manage Device to make sure I have activated roaming and international calls.
And no way to do it as you indicate ate ee app.
Just doesn't work.
But thank you anyway, I'd better look for a local company because it's impossible to enable a so simple thing just because there is no way to do it online. And we are already in 2019...

Good Morning @cesarviana.
Are you a pay monthly or a pay as you go customer?
This option will not show for pay as you go customers as your roaming is already set up.
Have you tried a manual network selection? if not, you can do this by follow these steps below:
iPhone - Settings > Mobile Data > Network Selection > Turn off Automatic.
Android - Settings > More Networks > Mobile Networks > Network Operators > Tap OK.
Windows - Settings > Mobile Network > Network Selection > Tap on start manual search.

Yes, my plan is pay on the go and this is my first EE sim.
I tried selecting manually the networks available and none of them work.
Telia and Telenort show the mobile and 4G signs, but voice and data don't work anyway.
Any other suggestion, please?

Yes I've used data and received sms.
A friend called me here in Copenhagen. I couldn't receive the call, but got a sms saying she was calling me. That's all.
I'm still with no data and voice flow here.
Would you help me turn this roaming on, please? Any solution?

I used data and received sms at gatwick, when I bought the SIM.
I received here about four sms about two missing calls and for an evaluation of the local partner. If I try to answer those sms, it just don't send back.
Still with no data, phone call and sms here.
Would you please set it to roaming as you are part of the EE team, please?

Pay as you go SIM cards are automatically set up for roaming, @cesarviana.
You would have to have made a call or sent a text message in the UK before travelling to ensure that it will work abroad though.
Once you're back in the UK and do that, your phone will then work abroad in future.

Sorry, but your answer have no sense. How could I use data and sms and now have to get back to uk to make it work? Are kidding me?
Thanks, I bought a local SIM card in Denmark. And when back in London will buy a 3 card and take this number away. I had enough.
