Hi @bernegan

Welcome to the community. 🙂

If you are on EE or T-Mobile, you do not have to turn anything off at all.

If you're on Orange, make sure data roaming is switched off.

See more information about how data works abroad >

Please text ROAMING to 150 to make sure your phone is set up to be used abroad.

Also, just to let you know, our new EE Max plan range would allow you to use your calls, texts and data while roaming on Australia.

If you would like to look into changing to one of these plans, check out our I want to change my EE price plan support article.

Give me a shout if you have any questions.

Have an amazing time. 😄

Chris
