Im currently in Japan for a few months and have gone over to PAYG. However im unable to send texts from my phone, i can t even text EE to buy data packages etc. I have tried to contact them using the text talk thing that they have but i cant find the facility on the website contact details.
ANy help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Obvious question, however do you have sufficient credit on your handset?
Are you able to receive incoming calls and texts or is there no service at all?
Have you tried manually selecting a network on your handset?
Have you tried switching to 2G/3G?
I can see @XRaySpeX has offered assistance, however live chat is only available for pay monthly personal EE customers.
You would need to please call the technical team if you require further support from a landline or mobile number.
