My travel data pass has stopped working. I have tried turning my phone off and on, trying to set the carrier manually, tried texting 150 with travel but it says already added. Please help.

As has mine.
Worked for 2 days in Australia. Now nothing, no data.
Plan says pass is active, but doesn't work.
Phone has service just no data.

I'm having the same issues but in China.
Exactly as described above. I've even messaged stop travel to 150 and reactived it. Whatever I do I can get it to add the 500mb on.
Instead im getting ripped off for the 40mb for £4.80.
Well done EE for another shocking service and opportunity to charge your customers more.

I had to live chat with EE. They fixed it by taking the data travel pass off and putting it back on again. I'm back online.

It may be worth doing the same as @widgy and speaking to our live chat team.
Please log into your My EE account on your phone's browser (not the app) or a computer. Once you're logged in, a chat window will pop up when an advisor is available.
Please let me know how you get on.

I've been trying to log into my EE all evening now. It just comes up with "sorry that page isn't available right now"
i dont know know if that's because I'm in China. But I've been trying now for ages on my phone, laptop and iPad. And all the same message.
The wifi is incredibly slow hence why the need for data. It's so frustrating that a simple thing like this isn't working as it's massively effecting my ability to communicate and work.

The website seems to be working OK from my end and I cannot see any issues that have been reported.
The only other option is to contact customer services by phone. You can find our contact details, including an international number, on our get in touch help page.
