non-applied package and overfilling

I asked for data roaming whilst in Argentina and you have not applied the package and now I have returned, you have billed me £676!

 

(And oh yes, your submission form doesn't accept submissions AND website says support is open un til 10pm but isn't!)

There is no individual account access on these forums, so you will need to call EE CS tomorrow if you cannot connect tonight.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

You needed to have done this before you left UK by texting ROAMING to 150.
