no signal abroad

I am on holiday in Poland and I dont have signal from EE

If on contract, did you activate roaming on your EE a/c before you left UK?

 

Try logging into your My EE account online & go to Menu / Manage Device / Roaming Abroad and also Call Abroad and Premium rate. They will show as ticked if roaming and calling abroad is activated. If they are not ticked, can you activate these settings?

I have been in Poland 2 months last year an I didn have any problems with sugnal until now.

Thanks for coming to the community.

 

Can you try and select a different network in your phone settings;

 

  • iPhone – Settings > Mobile Data > Network Selection > Turn off Automatic and select a different network.

 

  • Android – Settings > More Networks > Mobile Networks > Network Operators > Tap OK

 

  • Windows – Settings > Mobile Network > Network Selection > Tap on start manual search

 

If you can select another network and let us know how you get on?

I've raised a topic about it already but getting nowhere with EE. So many people raised it but they're doing nothing about it!

Can't select any network, 4 of them show but can't connect. I've explained it about 10 times already to EE support.

Roaming in EE it's still down in Poland, it's a week now. Can we expect this issue to be eventually sorted???
