no service

Hi,

 

I am currently abroad in Spain and have no service. I texted 150 with ROAMING before i left and it said that i had it ready to go but this does not look like the case. Please can roaming abroad be set up ASAP as for EU countries this should be already done for my account.

@Chandrika93  Have you tried restarting the device?  

 

And roaming can not just be enabled for the EU it’s on or off and it covers the whole world.  

 

If your still having issues logging to your online account and wait for live chat window to pop up you can use this to chat to customer services.
