I’m currently in France and my phone is saying no service. I sent for the roaming data add on but my phone still doesn’t have any service, can you suggest a fix

@Jswin1: Why did you buy a roaming data add-on? Your UK allowances are usable in France as well as the rest of the EU.
Did you activate roaming on your MyEE a/c before you left? Presumably not. Having a roaming allowance does not auto enable it. You may still be able to in your online a/c under Manage Devices. If not, you will need to call EE. Use the landline nos. in my sig.

Could you please check your roaming status in your My EE account. You can find it under Menu > Manage Device.
If you're all set up for roaming, I recommend trying a manual network search and trying a different available network:
|Apple||Settings > Carrier > Toggle Automatic OFF|
|Android||Settings > More Networks > Mobile Networks > Network Operators > Tap OK|
|Windows||Settings > Mobile Network > Network Selection > Tap on start manual search|
