my sim has signal and roaming but cant deliver text to 150 i cant load.. my sim is new.. pls help me.. im here in philippines.

Did you activate roaming before you went to the Philippines?

 

Can you make calls?

 

Are you a pay monthly or a pay as you go EE customer?

I have similar problem.

I received a text to say my eurobundle was still active from the last time I travelled but I cannot send texts or make calls. 

I tried to call 150 but TIM message says calls are barred.

How do I remove the block whilst away?

I would always advise to double check by giving customer services a call.

 

Also please have a look at our EE Roaming - Getting ready to use your phone abroad post.

 

Where are you at the moment?

 

Can you receive calls and texts?

 

Are you a pay monthly personal or a pay as you go EE customer?

I'm in Italy.

I cannot make calls or send texts.

I can send iMessage and data.

I'm a pay monthly customer.
