my roaming is not working, where can I activate it? I have not called EE before I left travelling, but I do not have dervice now to call

@alino4ka_0550 Login to your online account and wait for a live chat window to pop up you can use this to request roaming to be enable on your account.

Did you manage to speak to the chat team?
Here are some troubleshooting steps in case you're still having problems:-
Try re-booting your device
Try turning 4G off in ‘settings’
Perform a manual network search:-
