iam in Amsterdam and i cant get any phone signal atal.. i have trird everything possible.. i cant ring ee because of the signal problem i really need it to work as i have a 8month old baby back home!!

@Jodiegibbs1993 Login to your online account and wait for a live chat window to pop up, you can use it to chat to customer services to request roaming be enabled on your account. This is normally done by texting ROAMING to 150 before you leave the UK.

I was in Amsterdam last weekend. What I have noticed was that it will not automatically pick up service from the roaming partner, I had to select the Carrier manually to T-Mobile NL. What phone do you have?
If you have an iPhone, try:
Settings - Carrier, then toggle off “Automatic”.
By the way, did you enable roaming before your visit to Amsterdam?
