@Nediam If it’s 2 devices and they did work a month ago in the sane place then there is a very good chance that the issue is the network there as nothing will have changed on your account unless you changed it yourself.

I know @Chris_B has been helping you and if you haven't spoken to customer services already, can you please try the troubleshooting below:-
Try re-booting your device
Try turning 4G off in ‘settings’
Perform a manual network search:-
