Have an iPhone 6s with travel data add on. I cannot access data. Roaming is enabled. Any suggestions?

Have you tried resetting your network under settings?

If that doesn't work then you need to speak to CS. If you cannot call then, use live chat. If you click on the + next to EE here the chat options and availability will be available. Alternatively you can use another phone to call EE CS.

So I can try and help, please may I get you to perform a manual network search and choose a network other than what you are on.
Please also can I get you to try and ring using format of 00447********* ,does this work?
Also, please let me know If you are using an EE personal or business account?

Thanks for suggestions. Only one carrier with signal in this area. T mobile in USA. That number format doesn't work but +44 does. I am a personal customer.
Issue not urgent as wifi wifi widely available where I am at the moment but would like to sort for future travel.
