have no service abroad

I am abroad in Amsterdam and have no service whatsoever, i have had family try ring EE from the uk but cannot seem to get through and i cannot access the EE app, so iv looked online and done everything, I believe its just my roaming needs activiating but cannot get through to EE.

Please try the troubleshooting steps below:-

 

Try re-booting your device

 

Try turning 4G off in ‘settings’

 

Perform a manual network search:-

 

 

  • iPhone – Settings > Carrier > Toggle Automatic OFF
  • Android – Settings > More Networks > Mobile Networks > Network Operators > Tap OK
  • Windows – Settings > Mobile Network > Network Selection > Tap on start manual search

 

Please let me know if any of that works.

You may be able to activate roaming through your My EE account.

When i try access my ee account it tells me "i cannot get into my account right now" and when i use my ee app it pops up saying error occured.

Is there any possible way ee could contact my bill payer who's currently in the uk? She has also tried ringing ee customer service but cuts out every time.
